After growing up in Queenstown Keri is an experienced hand in New Zealand Tourism.
Returning Home to NZ after extensive travel in the UK & Europe & running a beautiful chalet in the French Alps, Keri is excited to be home & the relief manager @ The Establishment.
Keri, with her wealth of experience is looking forward to looking after you, sharing stories & ensuring you make the most of your time in beautiful Christchurch.

Russell and Jen have been in the Hospitality Industry for many years, refining their ability to offer guests the best experience possible. The Establishment is our masterpiece.
We are also the Owners of Garden Court Suites & Apartments Queenstown www.gardencourt.co.nz a 54 Suite & Apartment property in the Jewel of NZ Tourism. This was purchased in 1995 and since has doubled in size to become a mainstay in Queenstown’s accommodation fold.
Jen was in the Motel Industry in Christchurch for ten years to 2006 and during that time Chaired the Board of the Canterbury branch of the Motel Association and was a National Board Member.
We are both Christchurch born and raised and are committed to the Accommodation and Hosting Industry.
